Ready for the English Week!

¡Nuestros alumnos ya están preparados para la English Week! Una vez más, el CPR Plurilingüe Santo Ángel ha sido seleccionado para participar en el programa de actividades de inmersión lingüística, English Week, dirigidas al alumnado de 3º de ESO y organizadas por la Consellería de Educación, Universidad y Formación Profesional de la Xunta de Galicia.

Los 21 alumnos seleccionados participarán en las diferentes actividades, tanto académicas como de tiempo libre y talleres, que tendrán lugar en el Centro de Excelencia de Os Peares entre el 9 y el 15 de diciembre. El objetivo principal de la iniciativa, en la que más de 1.000 alumnos de toda Galicia llevan participando desde octubre, es proporcionarle al alumnado una actividad de inmersión lingüística que le permita mejorar sus destrezas de comprensión y expresión oral en lengua inglesa. De esta forma, se pretende ofrecer un nuevo impulso cualitativo y cuantitativo a la enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera mediante actividades de carácter cultural en un entorno real.

Moving circles...

This week, 1ºESO students had fun improving their speaking skills with the great activity of "Moving Circles" suggested by our language assistant Maria. Having fun, they've talked about their daily routine in a different way!

Esta semana, los alumnos de 1º ESO se lo han pasado en grande mejorando su "speaking" con la genial actividad "Moving Circles" que nos propuso María, nuestra language assistant. De este modo, han hablado entre ellos sobre su rutina diaria de un modo diferente. 

¡Estamos deseando que llegue la semana que viene para ver que hacemos!

Continuamos creciendo con el plan PIPE

Nuestro centro forma parte desde el curso 2015-2016 del Plan Integral de Plurilingüismo Educativo, PIPE, desde el que estamos trabajando de forma global en tres ejes fundamentales: el currículo oficial, las actividades complementarias y las actividades extraescolares. Nuestro objetivo es mejorar la enseñanza de idiomas cuantitativa y cualitativamente.

Durante el presente curso, en el CPR Plurilingüe Santo Ángel, seguimos apostando por la innovación educativa en idiomas y contamos un año más con la figura del auxiliar de conversación, la Escuela de Idiomas y las facilidades ofrecidas para la obtención para las certificaciones oficiales de Cambridge y Trinity.
